Administrators at medical schools are finding that social skills and teamwork play a huge role in a future physicians success–or so a report in The New York Times indicates.  As a result of these and similar findings, medical schools are adopting a method to test applicants social skills: The Multiple Mini Interview (M.M.I.), a format not much unlike speed dating.
