Nobody cares.  Well, not nobody, but statics show that today’s workforce is extremely disengaged.  “A huge percentage of the workforce is either trying to quit, waiting to quit or has already mentally quit.” Low employee engagement can be very troubling for your business and unengaged employees have the ability to bring others down with them.  The questions now is: What can we do about it?

  • Engage with the engaged
  • Ask people about their incentives
  • Never take responsibility for another person’s happiness
